OPPOSITE FLOW OF Qi IN TCM

Opposite Flow of Qi
As discussed above Qi moves in every direction. Thus if in Liv meridian Qi can move from Liv1 to Liv8 in vertically upward movement then in the reverse direction i.e. from Liv8 to Liv1 too some energy movement is possible. In order to sedate the energy at Liv8 (coldness) a needle is inserted in the direction away from the center of body and it sedates coldness in Liv meridian. As per the destructive Ko cycle coldness is sedated by hotness point of the same meridian (Liv meridian in this case). It obviously can be therefore inferred that the energy (Qi) in opposite direction at Liv8 is similar to the energy at Liv5 (hot point). Similarly at Liv4 in opposite direction is same as heat like that at liv2 in normal flow direction etc! We can, therefore, write the energies available at different shu points in vertically opposite flow (direction)

BIHAR OUGHT TO ENCASH THE LIQUID GOLD BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE !

I am pleased to introduce my self as a resident of village Gajhara, district Madhubani, BIHAR who's great grand father migrated to Varanasi for earning his livelihood. Despite our earnest desire, we have not been able to return to our land.
A common young man of 60, I have witnessed regular flow of flood water through the state of Bihar year after year. In the year 2008 I had come to Madhubani to attend a family event when I got an opportunity to sit with a few senior  executives of my beloved state. They were all praise for the leadership as well as their own roles. The question I put to them was "Why have you not been able to manage the flood water so far?" Their answers, to me, were lame excuses. Then the following conversation followed :

me : o k. agreed this year the quantum of water may be 100 times more than the amount for which you (the Gov)  was prepared. But then this menace of flood is a regular feature of our state. Why haven't you been able to do some thing?
they : (after giving a few lame excuses agreed) yes the Government has failed. But then it is impossible to control this problem. because : one, the uncertainty of time when Nepal opens flood gates (!) and second lack of political will.
me : technically it is not at all impossible. And political will can be instigated if you could make a profitable proposal where in a politician can see the benefits.
they : no - no that is not so simple.
me : o k may be I don't know about politicians and political will, but I can surely give you the technical solution.
they : what
me : you know entry and exit points of all rivers of state, you also have detailed topography of the area between Nepal border and entry points of our rivers.
they : o yes we have the topography of whole state.
me : various contours are available / can be available to you ?
they : yes
me : therefore you can draw all possible pathways of Nepal water.
they : yes
me : then you can plan metal roads through those areas where you can collect flood water from. In order to be able to collect this water more effectively may be you will have to construct a few big reservoirs. Once you are ready with flood water collection areas, you ought to plan road / rail road which will connect these collection points. Collect overflowing water with tankers / trains, bring them to right capacity water treatment plants. The ready to drink water then can be sold.

J & K IS AN EXTRA SENSITIVE ISSUE - BEWARE BHUSHANS!!

Yesterday all TV channels were showing the clipping of Prashant Bhushan getting bashed by Inder Verma. Every so called responsible, law abiding and wise person criticized Tejendra pal & Inder.

If what these youngsters have said is correct no wonder many of us will blame the Bhushans and the corrupt and irresponsible law enforcement agencies.

Such episodes indicate that we are fast getting educated and turning to be responsible citizens !

FIX THE CORRUPTION

I GOT THIS MAIL FEW DAYS AGO

Posted: 22 Aug 2011 07:13 AM PDT

Don’t be fooled by the stupid tv channel’s slogans that “India is Anna” and all Indians are fighting against corruption and for a strong Lokpal Bill.
If you are on the Ram Lila Maidan and ask someone a question about the Lokpal Bill, the answers you are likely to get are .. Bharat Mata ki Jai, India is Anna, Kapil Sibbal Chor Hai and bla bla…
Half of them may not know what is actually a Lokpal Bill.
It looks more like a photographic opportunity for many Indians with new fashion statement to wear like Anna’s T-shirt and a Gandhi cap.
There is no difference between Anna Hajare and Maoist’s ideology. They both seems blind and can only listen to themselves, until their demands are met.
Both are working against the Indian State to overthrow it.
Sometime I also do not understand what Anna Hajare wants? Does he really know what is in the Lokpal Bill? Why team anna never came up with an alternative plan to fix the corruption in India?
How many of us actually think that by having strong Lokpal Bill will cure the corruption in India?
No one can fix the widespread corruption in Indian society by just making a secondary Govt.
Do you think a Govt Officer, who used to work only after taking a bribe, will start working after strong Lokpal Bill? He might stop asking for a bribe after the bill, BUT we Indians will ever stop bribing him?
I have only seen Anna talking provocatively against the Govt and which is then selectively taken by Indian media and broadcasted only to increase TRP ratings.
Instead of fixing the current system, he or his team wants to create another system, which should govern Govt of India.
Anna Hajare’s team, Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia, who received thousands of dollars from foreign foundations, are actually using Anna as a gun to fire on Govt.
They might have the genuine intentions to fix the corruption in India by single bullet, Anna, but their credibility can not be proven.
We all want corruption to be fixed, but not in Anna’s narcissistic way.
Amit

I REPLIED AS BELOW

I stand to respect and regard Anna and his team for what they are doing.

I made such an observation some time back refer to acudiploma.blogspot.com.
Well, the efforts of Team Anna and Shri Anna Hajare is good. I do not stand to criticize Anna like you, but you are right in saying that this may not solve the problem of corruption.

A better recipe, as I think is change be brought in the system for appointing the P.M. and his cabinet!

RE PRESCRIBE THE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS OF MINISTERS AND CHAIRMEN OF VARIOUS COMMITTEES. THE QUALIFICATIONS MAY CALL FOR TESTIMONIALS FROM BHARATRATNA OR OTHER REWARDED / AWARDED PERSONS etc etc.

ANY OF THE ELECTED MPs CAN APPLY FOR THE POST HAVING SUCH QUALIFICATIONS - NOT NECESSARILY MEMBER OF LARGEST PARTY.

SHOULD THERE BE MORE THAN ONE CANDIDATE FOR A POST A DIVISION OF VOTE MAY BE CALLED ON THE FLOOR.

THESE POSTS BE SELECTED THEN BY THE ABLEST AND MOST DEPENDABLE PERSONS VIZ PRESIDENT OF INDIA OR CHIEF JUSTICE OF INDIA BESIDES AWARDED DIGNATORIES   etc AFTER THE ELECTION. NECESSARILY THE PEOPLE SELECTED SHOULD GO THROUGH A THOROUGH PROCESS OF INVESTIGATIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS.

I AM SURE THAT BHARATRATNA AND PADMA BHUSHANS ARE WISE INDIANS : HONEST AND PATRIOTS

ANNA HAZARE VS. RAMDEV VS MY SUGGESTION

I am pleased to find people working for ensuring corruptionless government. It is difficult to jugde any one in the truest way, yet I would like to say the followin regarding what they (anna and ramdev) have recommended.

The idea of Lokpal Bill could be good. But will it function better than all the law enforcement systems already existing? Let us think before we go further. Are BHUSHANs better than the Chief justice of India?

The idea of electing our PRIME MINISTER directly by public of nation may be a better way. But will it ensure to fetch the best available talent / right person for the top most post?

My suggestion that the P.M. be selected from out of the elected members of parliament will force various (1000 political parties) to find mertorious and honest people willing to offer their services for their country. Let us (me, you, ANNA and RAMDEV) redecide on the minimum physical and mental qualifications for our prime minister and ministers in a better way. Let any of the elected members of parliament who aspire to hold a post of minister apply for it. Selection be made by a committee comprising of The Chief Justice Of India, The Chair Persons of : Election Commission, Planning Commission, RAW and ED. The selection process be such that it eleminates all the dishonest and unworthy persons for such important posts. Let us not go for the most popular person at the helm of affairs of our beloved country.

NOT ALL OF US ARE FIT TO SELECT THE MOST ABLE PERSON FOR THE JOB OF P.M. . MERIT IS ALWAYS IN MINORITY !!

Let us go for a loveable and  most able P.M. who can lead us on the path of progress and
happiness

BIHAR OUGHT TO ENCASH LIQUID GOLD BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE

I am a common man from village : Gajhara, district : Madhubani, Bihar. My grand father had migrated to Varanasi in search of a livelihood. Despite our earnest desire we could not return to our own land. We do have a home in our native place where we visit at least once a year.
In the year 2008 I came to Madhubani to attend a family event where I got an opportunity to converse with a small group of senior Bihar Gov. executives. They were all praise for the new leadership as well as as their own roles. The whole district was immensely inundated.

 I put forth the question,

"Why the Bihar government has not been able to control the present flood ?"

Their reply, to me, was only lame excuses. According to them there were two main reasons for this failure. One, if they were equipped for 100 ltrs. of water the water released by Nepal was 100x100 liters. Secondly it was not possible due to a variety of technical reasons. The conversation between us went as below :

me : o.k. agreed, that this time an unexpected amount of water was released by Nepal so you were unable to manage, but then the menace of flood has been continuously affecting common men's life year after year, what would say to that ?
they : (after giving a few meaningless lame excuses) yes we agree that effective measures could not be taken by any of the past Governments and the menace of flood continues to play havoc with the common men's life.
me : why have you failed to do some thing substantial ?
they : technically it is not possible to contain this problem and secondly there has been a lack of political will.
me : let me tell you technically it is very much possible! So far as political will is concerned it is only because the concerned executives of the Government have failed to instigate politicians by presenting a relevant and feasible project plan which could benefit the politicians as well as the exchequer of the state.
they : no -no that is not so.
me ; may be I do not know the politicians and the political will required for such projects but I can give you the technical solution of this problem !
they : how
me : you know the entry and exit points of various rivers of our state ?
they : so ?
me : you know the border region of our state with Nepal from where the flood water enters our state ?
they : so ?
me : you also know the topography of the entire region between the entry line / area of water from Nepal and our rivers ?
they : o yes we know the topography of whole state !
me : you also have various contours of that area availabe in Government archives ?
they : yes
me : therefore you can trace all possible water paths and now you have to identify the lowest points / areas from where water can be collected and transported through road and rail. In order to execute this plan you may have to construct some new roads or arrange to lay short rail tracks, besides building some short canals and reservoirs.
The final step of this project will be to install a flood water collection system having requisite number of tankers and water treatment plants of different capacities. Some of these water treatment plants may be seasonal and may require to function on the pattern os sugar mills. These plants should produce water fit for drinking - selling thus produced water oviously will not be difficult.

LIQUID GOLD  -  A GREAT BOON FOR THE NATION -  THANKYOU BIHAR
